Party Details
- Adults Parties: A $50 booking fee is due when reserving an adult party. This fee covers the instructor’s time as well as the use of our facilities for up to six adults. An additional $8/person will be charged for each additional adult up to a maximum of 12 during normal store hours. Parties larger than 12 (up to a maximum of 20) need to be scheduled after hours.
- Adult parties are scheduled for two hours. An additional $25 per one-half hour will be charged when parties run longer than the scheduled two hours.
- Adults may each choose materials for individual projects and will be charged according to the price of selected materials. It is recommended that participants arrive early to make choices.
- Special packages may be prepared for bridal parties. Call the store to discuss bridal packages ahead of your party date.
- Children’s Parties. A $25 booking fee is due when reserving a children’s party. This fee covers the instructor’s time as well as the use of our facilities for up to 12 children. Parties for groups larger than 12 need to be scheduled after hours and an additional $6/child will be charged up to a maximum of 20 children.
- Children’s parties are scheduled for 90 minutes. An additional $25 per one-half hour will be charged when parties run longer than the scheduled 90 minutes.
- Children may select from among a pre-determined group of party projects including: memory wire bracelet OR necklace ($15); watch ($24); earrings (3 pair, $24); name bracelet ($35).
- AllyBeads will provide party invitations and a special surprise for the guest of honor.
- All Parties:
- A 48-hour cancellation notice is required to receive a party fee refund. Cancellations received less than 48 hours will forfeit the fee.
- Project costs are in addition to the party fee and are based on the selection of project(s) and materials at a per person rate.
